Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care or intimate products that have been opened or used

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above, including being unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
